Order manual & shipping

Welcome to Trustly Merch Locker! Ordering here works a bit differently, and thus, we’ve pulled together a quick guide to make things easier.

🛒 Placing an order
Head to “Products” and add your merch to the cart – pick a delivery option, and place the order. A MerchUp team member will then reach out to confirm your order, shipping cost, and lead time, requesting a signature to confirm.

📦 Shipping options
At checkout you can choose delivery to one physical address or multiple addresses.
If you pick the multi-address option, we’ll email you a handy template to input all necessary addresses.

💸 Shipping costs
Exact shipping fees get confirmed once you place the order.

🔍 Internal order check
After you confirm your order with a signature, the Trustly Merch Locker team does one last review (2–3 business days) before it moves into production.

✈️ Shipping outside the EU
For non-EU deliveries, we’ll let you know about any potential customs clearance fees when confirming shipping costs and timelines.

🧾 Billing info
When you make an order, your invoice will be issued in accordance with company details you entered upon registration (you can find these details under B2B Information). After every order made, you’ll get a link to sign an order document — one more chance to double-check the data before we process it.
